This website presents MicFlag Customs products, a microphone finder, a creator journal, and customer request forms. Orders and payments take place on Etsy. We do not use advertising pixels.

When you contact us.

If you email hello@micflagcustoms.com, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, microphone details, and artwork. We use it to respond and discuss your request. Please avoid sending payment card details by email.

Compatibility and support requests.

When you send a request, we store your name, email, microphone details, message, request status, and service contact consent. These details let our engineer review your setup and our team reply. An owner-only workspace contains these records. Our connected Gmail account sends request updates, and our owner’s Google Calendar receives a follow-up reminder containing the request reference, microphone, and contact details. A private request link lets you view and reply to your ticket. Keep that link private.

Email updates and offers.

Marketing is optional and separate from support. We record your consent and send a confirmation link before making your marketing subscription active. Emails may include new-fit news, creator tips, and occasional offers; a particular discount is not guaranteed. Use the unsubscribe link in an email or contact us to stop marketing messages. Service updates about an open request may continue.

Finder interest and security.

We count microphone selections and Etsy link clicks to understand demand. These events contain the microphone model and event type, not your email. We briefly retain a hashed network identifier to limit form spam. Your browser stores the newsletter popup’s display time to avoid showing it repeatedly. We retain request and consent records while useful for support and our business records. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to records we need to retain.

Orders on Etsy.

Our order buttons open Etsy. Etsy handles its own checkout, accounts, cookies, and order information under Etsy’s privacy policy.

Website hosting.

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites. The hosting provider may process technical request information needed to serve and secure the website, and private preview access may require sign-in. See OpenAI’s privacy policy for its practices.
